What we access

We start with your verified phone, your consent records, and what you told us on the assessment call. When a fix needs data, we ask for the narrowest slice that works: one file, one report, one calendar, one export. Not your whole system.

Why we access it

Every connection exists to prove one specific improvement: a baseline, a current value, and how fresh and complete the data is. If evidence is missing, you get a precise ask from us, not a guess dressed up as a result.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored under your own organization, separated from every other customer. Connection credentials live in managed secret storage, never in our application records or our code.

What waits for your yes

Messages to your customers, anything touching money, changes to how your team works, wider data access, and deletion. All of it waits for your explicit approval, every time.

Data we keep

Only what supports the service.

Phone and consent
Verify the owner and prove call, recording, terms, privacy, and communication consent.
Call transcript and facts
Preserve what was heard, separate stated facts from inferred facts, and let the owner correct remembered information.
Evidence sources
Measure the active improvement using only the source needed now.
Billing metadata
Show plan status, invoices, usage, and cancellation state without handling card numbers.
Ops records
Support intervention, job, webhook, approval, and audit records for diagnosing the service.

Calls and recording

The assessment flow says the caller is AI and asks for recording acknowledgment before continuing. The call does not ask for passwords, payment details, secret keys, PHI, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Your data, your call

Disconnect any connection whenever you want. Correct anything we remembered wrong. Ask for your data, or ask us to delete it, and only you can approve those requests.

No unearned claims

SteadyGiant does not claim SOC 2, HIPAA, or other certifications here. Result reports must show evidence, baseline, current value, confidence, and limitations.
